We are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) with recent Home Health experience to visit patients in their homes in the Riverside / San Bernardino area. This is a Full - Time Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM position visiting clients in our service area.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess patient's condition during every visit and chart observations
- Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs
- Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing
- Administer injections, blood draws and IV’s when appropriate
- Provide appropriate timely feedback to RN Case Manager and other professionals
Qualifications and Skills:
- CA Vocational Nurse license required
- 1+ yr experience in Home Health
- Recent TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray
- COVID Vaccine
- Physical examination within 6 months
- Health Care Provider CPR Certification
- Ability to travel (locally) with reliable transportation
Compensation: $35.00 per hour
