We are looking for a per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with recent Home Health experience to visit patients in their homes in Moreno Valley and surrounding cities.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess patient's condition under a PT during every visit and chart observations
- Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs
- Follow prescribed treatments, following plan of care and assess progress of healing
- Provide appropriate timely feedback to Physical Therapist and other professionals
- Charting and documenting
Compensation: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
