Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on occupational therapy processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Provide support and guidance to patients in their recovery journey.
- Stay updated with the latest occupational therapy practices and regulations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in home health care preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes as needed.
